I am Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I am a proud graduate of Caldwell College’s Master in Mental Health Counseling program. My training includes knowledge and experience utilizing the following modalities: CBT, DBT, Solution focused, Transactional Analysis, client centered, and REBT. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds in both individual and group format. I have had success in helping people overcome issues with anxiety, depression, relationships, as well as those in need of crisis intervention. I am a firm believer that a crucial step in overcoming many of life’s obstacle is developing a healthy and loving relationship with yourself. I have a mind- body-spirit approach.
