About Me
Taking the first step toward mental health support is a significant act of courage. I believe that true healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and respected. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), my mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to improve your quality of life.
I bring extensive experience across both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, allowing me to support clients through a wide spectrum of needs. My clinical foundation is built on rigorous training from top-tier institutions:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing: Rutgers University
Master of Science in Nursing: Fairleigh Dickinson University
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach to mental health care is deeply rooted in the mind-body connection. By integrating evidence-based psychopharmacology (medication management) with psychotherapy, I ensure that your treatment plan addresses the whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
I currently see patients across New York and New Jersey and can be seen in person in our offices in Teaneck, NJ and Montclair, NJ.
I prioritize transparency and collaboration, ensuring you are an active participant in your treatment decisions. Together, we will foster an environment of trust and empowerment, working toward sustainable well-being and a healthier, more balanced future.
