A – Click on “book an online appointment” to request an online appointment with one of our clinicians.
B – Your reservation is placed on hold
C – We’ll contact you with further details of your appointment (e.g: Insurance coverage, fees, etc)
D – After your appointment is confirmed the visit will happen online, you’ll see the doctor/clinician from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
E – Instructions for connecting are sent after confirmation.
F – At the time of your scheduled appointment, we will be waiting for you online!
