STACEY ZANONI, LCSW
Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy
You're in a season of life where everything feels as though it should be "figured out" — your career, relationships with family, perhaps plans for having children — but instead, you're overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck.
I work with patients who are struggling with stress from work, family planning decisions, relationship challenges, dating in the digital era, or simply trying to stay afloat from one week to the next. With more than 15 years of professional experience working with patients in their 20s and older, I understand the particular pressures you may be facing, including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Burnout and Stress. I also have a vast experience with patients navigating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Attacks, Postpartum Depression, Cancer Support, Grief among many other areas.
I know how daunting it can feel to start therapy, especially while trying to find the right provider for your needs and personality. I see patients from New York and Connecticut both individually but I also see couples seeking Marriage Counselling and resolving Relationship Issues.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I provide a space where you can feel heard without judgment, gain tools to manage anxiety, and build emotional resilience to handle real life challenges.
