About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health. My approach is tailored to the uniqueness of each individual, as I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy. I meet clients where they are in their journey and work collaboratively to guide them towards a sense of calm, satisfaction, and inner peace.

Life can be overwhelming, but overcoming challenges becomes much more manageable when you have the right tools and a supportive space. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of diagnoses, always adapting my therapeutic techniques to meet each client’s specific needs and goals.

The foundation of my practice is built on empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity, which are key principles of the person-centered approach. For individuals dealing with negative thought patterns or emotional regulation challenges, I incorporate a range of treatment approaches with great success.

I have worked across various settings, including private practice, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, transitional homes, and in-home therapy, allowing me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my practice.

Whether you are looking for individual growth, strengthening a relationship in couples therapy, or seeking support for your family, I adapt my techniques to fit your specific needs.

I am looking forward to being able to assist you in your well-being journey.
