About Me

I take a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach to counseling, focusing on each client’s unique needs and strengths. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where healing and self-actualization can occur. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and ages.

With a comprehensive toolkit I have mastered throughout the years, I have successfully helped patients to overcome challenges using various different treatment approaches. I believe that a crucial step in overcoming life’s obstacles is developing a healthy and loving relationship with oneself.
