About Me
With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my life’s work has been dedicated to supporting mental health and well-being. I believe that no matter what challenges you are facing, you possess an innate power to evolve, and I am here to help you overcome your challenges and unlock the best version of yourself.
My approach is deeply personal and centered on you. Whether you are navigating the weight of anxiety and depression, managing complex family dynamics, or working through self-harming behaviors, I meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will foster the self-awareness and practical coping skills you need to navigate life’s transitions with confidence.
I truly believe that change begins the moment we become aware of our thoughts and behaviors. My role is to facilitate that growth, providing a safe space where we can work together so you can learn and thrive.
Here is one of my favorite quotes:
“The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do it. Throw yourself.” ― C. JoyBell C
Your journey toward lasting mental health and well-being is a collaborative one, and I will be honored to guide you every step of the way.
