About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Throughout my career in private, outpatient, and inpatient settings, I have learned that while every person’s story is different, everyone deserves a compassionate space to heal.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University and am licensed to practice in New Jersey. I work with individuals, couples, and families to foster lasting well-being through a collaborative, multifaceted approach.

I specialize in helping clients work through the complexities of life, specifically focusing on:

Anxiety and Depression: Navigating the heavy days and the restless nights.

Unresolved Grief: Finding a path forward while honoring what has been lost.

Family Conflicts: Mending connections, improving communication or moving forward.

Life Transitions: Providing a steady hand during times of significant change.

My role is to provide the clinical expertise and the supportive environment you need to explore underlying issues. By drawing from various therapeutic modalities, I tailor our sessions to your unique needs, helping you maximize your strengths to improve your quality of life.

Whether you are facing personal struggles or relationship challenges, I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for your healing and personal growth.
