Ron Alcantara

Ron Alcantara is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with extensive training in a variety of mental health settings, including inpatient and outpatient practices. Ron attained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Education from Rutgers University and his Master of Science in Nursing Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University. By developing a strong and transparent alliance with his patients, he continuously strives to improve their mental health. Holistically-minded, Ron promotes a patient-centered treatment approach with a focus on depression, mood disorders, anxiety, and adult ADHD. After years of nursing experience in the hospital setting, he also received his RN-BC from the ANCC, specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health nursing. Ron endeavors to integrate his education and experience into helping each individual improve their overall well-being.
